Restored Porto · Deep Cleaning & Restoration

After the builders, before you move in.

Renovations end with dust in every corner and residue on every new surface. We remove all of it without scratching what you just paid for.

Newly renovated kitchen after post-construction cleaning

Construction dust gets everywhere

Fine dust settles inside cupboards, on top of doors, in window tracks and in the ventilation. Paint, cement and silicone stay on glass, tiles and floors. A normal clean moves it around; ours removes it.

We use the right method for new finishes, so stone, wood and lacquered surfaces are cleaned without marks.

How it works

  1. 1

    Visit

We see the home in person, room by room, and agree what needs cleaning, what needs restoring and what stays as it is.

  2. 2

    Plan

You get a written scope: every surface, every material and the method we will use on each one.

  3. 3

    Restore

A full team works through the home in one go, from ceilings and windows down to grout, skirting and floors.

  4. 4

    Walk-through

We walk the home with you at the end and fix anything that is not right before we leave.

Questions

When should we come in?

When the builders have finished and taken their material out. We can do a first pass before the furniture arrives and a final one after.

Can you remove paint and cement from tiles and glass?

Yes, with methods that do not scratch or stain the new surface.
