What a deep clean actually means
A regular clean keeps a home tidy. A deep clean resets it. We move the furniture and appliances, take down what can be taken down, and clean what is behind, under and inside.
It is the right clean when you move into a home, before you put one on the market, after tenants leave, or when a home simply has not had one in years.
What we restore
- Kitchen
- Degreasing of cabinets inside and out, extractor and filters, oven, hob, tiles and grout, appliances moved and cleaned behind.
- Bathrooms
- Limescale and mould removal, grout restored, taps and fittings polished, glass and mirrors, silicone checked.
- Floors
- Deep cleaning by material: original wood, parquet, tile, stone and marble, with polish or treatment where it suits.
- Windows & frames
- Glass inside and out, frames, tracks, shutters and sills.
- Walls, doors & details
- Marks removed from walls and doors, skirting, switches, handles, radiators and light fittings.
- Stone, tile & metal
- Granite, azulejo, marble, brass and iron cleaned and brought back without damaging the original finish.

Visit
We see the home in person, room by room, and agree what needs cleaning, what needs restoring and what stays as it is.

Plan
You get a written scope: every surface, every material and the method we will use on each one.

Restore
A full team works through the home in one go, from ceilings and windows down to grout, skirting and floors.

Walk-through
We walk the home with you at the end and fix anything that is not right before we leave.
Questions
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and state of the home. We tell you after the visit, and we always send a full team so the work is done in as few days as possible.
Do I need to be at home?
Only for the first visit and the final walk-through. In between, you can simply leave us the keys.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything, with specific products for each material.
Is a deep clean the same as end of tenancy cleaning?
It covers everything an end of tenancy clean does, and more. If you are a landlord or a tenant handing back a home, this is the service you need.
